President & COO
Rich is responsible for the general management of ESI, as well as all business development activities, driving all strategic marketing and sales endeavors. Before launching ESI, Rich performed various executive leadership roles for Tier 1 companies within the project development, distribution, and EPC side of the solar industry. During that time, he provided expert consultation to building owners, developers, solar integrators and EPC firms for the integration of PV solar to their facilities as well as project funding resources. Rich holds a Class A General Contractors License and Roofing Contractors License, and is a graduate of the University of Miami with a BBA in Business Management and Finance.
Sr. Project Manager
Steve is responsible for Project Management, Quality Assurance and Quality Control, and is based in our New Jersey office. Steve has over 10 years experience as a Solar Installation Technician, and Operations & Maintenance Engineer. He has been responsible for optimizing the performance of over 50MW of solar projects spread over 140 commercial-scale projects, including procurement, repairs, permitting, and design/implementation of post-commissioning procedures. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ.
Christine is responsible for procurement of equipment and balance of system components at rates that justify ESI's competitive edge. She also provides administrative assistance to our project coordination and project management teams.
Sergio provides support & oversight to the ESI Site Managers, Electrical Contractors, and all other subcontractors required to perform the contracted Scope of Work between ESI and our customer on all projects from
commencement to completion. Sergio has hands on experience managing and leading the ESI installation crews and subcontractors, constructing over 60MW of roof and ground mount commercial solar projects over the past several years. He has his OSHA 30 and can operate all required equipment needed for successful installation.
Mario provides oversight to the ESI field personnel and subcontractors during the construction phase. He
provides on-site direction and sets the pace for production in accordance with the project specific work scope.
Mario also provides oversight for all quality control and safety requirements for the project, has his OSHA 30, can
operate all equipment, and is CPR certified.
