Rich Milanese
President & COO
Rich is responsible for the general management of ESI, as well as all business development activities, driving all strategic marketing and sales endeavors. Before launching ESI, Rich performed various executive leadership roles for Tier 1 companies within the project development, distribution, and EPC side of the solar industry. During that time, he provided expert consultation to building owners, developers, solar integrators and EPC firms for the integration of PV solar to their facilities as well as project funding resources. Rich holds a Class A General Contractors License and Roofing Contractors License, and is a graduate of the University of Miami with a BBA in Business Management and Finance.
Kim Dominigue
Operations Manager
Kim is responsible for the day-to-day operations and administration. Kim has over 20 years experience in customer service and office administration. She has been responsible for procurement, billing, and project coordination. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governor’s University.
Christine Milanese
Payroll & Fleet Manager
Christine is responsible for managing, coordinating, and supervising the acquisition, maintenance, repair & replacement of our fleet vehicles. She is also in charge of overseeing and supervising all timely payroll functions, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
